The Traffic Goals and KPIs Study Hall, led by Sistahbiz Coach Ellie, is the progress and feedback space for members working through the Traffic Goals Workgroup on the online platform.

In this #membersonly session, members will:

✔ Review their progress on the traffic-building tasks from the workgroup.
✔ Get support defining the right traffic goals and tracking the key performance indicators that align with their growth strategy.
✔ Collaborate with Coach Ellie and fellow Black women founders to share insights, receive feedback, and develop actionable ideas to drive more traffic to their business.

What are Sistahbiz Study Halls?

Sistahbiz Study Halls are live virtual co-working sessions led by expert Sistahbiz coaches. These sessions are designed to help members complete the tasks in a specific workgroup from the online platform. Study Halls provide space to:

• Ask questions about the self-paced work.
• Share progress, challenges, and wins.
• Receive valuable feedback and guidance.

By connecting with coaches and peers, members stay accountable, collaborate, and ensure they finish the work needed to achieve their traffic goals.

In this study hall, members are sharpening their strategies to increase traffic, monitor the right KPIs, and drive consistent growth.
