Membership FAQ's

1. How do I update my contact information?

You can click here to update your credit card info & member profile.

2. How do I cancel membership?

We will miss you as a member. 
You can click here to cancel your membership.  You will receive an email asking for feedback.  Please complete it honestly as it will help us improve our services and customer experience.

3. How do I access digital resources in the Sistahbiz Vault?

On the 1st Tuesday of every month, you will receive an email with [Members Only] in the subject line.  This is your monthly members-only newsletter and the 1st item will be the current month's vault resource.  Save the email for future reference.

4. How do I find and access online events?

On the 1st Tuesday of every month you will receive an email with [Members Only] in the subject line.  It includes the details for all current member events.  You will also be auto registered for all members-only events and receive meeting details directly from Zoom to access the session.

5. I recently joined. Will I begin to get information on how to participate?

You can participate in all member only events now.  You should have received an email with [Members Only] in the subject line.  That is the current month's newsletter and shares all events for the month.

6. Are there discussion groups I can join?

All discussions happen on the LIVE members only sessions… so you don’t want to miss them.  Stay tuned in for book studies and masterminds that are hosted by our ambassadors.  You can also network with other Sistahpreneurs in the FaceBook Village. 

7. Can I transfer membership?

No. Memberships are unique to the sistahpreneur that is paying the monthly fee.

8. Can I upgrade to a higher level membership or coaching subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to get more support.  We offer various levels of coaching subscriptions with a Sistahbiz coach.  Click here to view our Coaching Subscriptions.

9. Where do I go and who do I contact for assistance?

This page should answer a majority of your membership questions.  If you have additional questions please email them to team@sistah.biz.

10. How do I renew membership?

Your membership will auto renew based on your monthly or annual subscription.

11. Are there volunteer opportunities with the network?

Yes, email team@sistah.biz to see how you can support the village.

With over 2000 members in our Facebook Group and over 5000 followers on our Instagram account, signing up to be a member spotlight for the week in your business with a social media post is a great way to gain exposure as a member. We’ll send you a short questionnaire and you’ll submit it with a photo. We’ll add you to the queue for spotlight posts.

Ambassador Program

Our ambassadors are Sistahbiz subject matter experts and regional leaders. They lead official Sistahbiz activities like masterminds and leads groups and book clubs, and they host expert live streams.
