Each fall, Sistahbiz members enter Goal Digger Season — a 12-week online experience that culminates in our 3-day destination retreat. This is when you step away from the day-to-day, reflect on your progress, and design your Growth Game Plan: the strategic roadmap that sets your revenue, budget, retention, and competitive goals for the year ahead.
