SISTAHBIZ SIGNATURE EVENTS
Our members gain exclusive access to our signature events, designed to empower and uplift Black women entrepreneurs. We also collaborate with business-serving organizations to offer these impactful training sessions to their VC fund portfolios or accelerators.

Goal Digger is the premier annual strategic planning retreat for Black women entrepreneurs. Each December, Sistahbiz hosts an intimate gathering for 50 selected founders to reflect on the past year and strategize for the next. In this empowering environment, participants engage in laughter, tears, and meaningful problem-solving. Highlights include crafting a crystal-clear business vision, setting goals and metrics, and planning quarterly deliverables. The retreat features strategic planning sessions, sunrise yoga, a 90’s pajama party, and more. Leave restored and ready to scale your business.
Duration: 2.5 Hours
The Sistahbiz Profit Lab is more than a meeting; it's a dynamic, hands-on working session where founders are guided through calculating their revenue numbers and key performance indicators (KPIs). In this transformative session, participants use whiteboards to visualize their profit strategies, actively number crunching and discussing to ensure their plans make sense. Expert business coaching in a group setting fosters collaboration, with ample opportunities for peer support and consultancy. Engage in in-depth discussions, exchange insights, and work together to prioritize and refine KPIs. The Profit Lab delivers substance, tangible results, and real progress, empowering Black women entrepreneurs to achieve measurable growth and success.

The Black & Bankable Initiative addresses the funding gap Black businesses face. This one-day intensive training educates participants on preparing to raise business capital. The interactive and culturally responsive curriculum covers money mindset, equity and debt fundamentals, credit repair, and finance management. It's an essential starter course for Black female founders aiming to navigate the investor world and banking industry successfully.

Dashboard Days are monthly sessions where Black women entrepreneurs in the Sistahbiz network come together for focused coworking sessions that keep their businesses data-driven and on track. A critical part of the Sistahbiz strategic planning framework, these sessions provide dedicated time to enter your numbers into the goals page, the personal dashboard that every member has access to in the Suite, our online platform. Led by expert Black women business coaches, Dashboard Days offer a collaborative space for founders to refine their strategies, stay accountable, and tackle their numbers with clarity and focus. Members strengthen their understanding of not only how to set powerful goals, but what metrics they can use to track them.
