SecondAct|Women, a women’s organization countering the female over 40 and 50+ ageist narrative, is gearing up to host its biannual BizLifeCon conference on Friday, Nov. 1 at Microsoft’s offices in Denver, CO. BizLifeCon offers a curated agenda of business and lifestyle sessions and experiences tailored for the 40 and 50+ woman. The one-day event provides corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers and mid-life-questing women the developmental resources, content, and community to continuously advance their lives and careers.

Unlike standard conferences, BizLifeCon creators Barbara Brooks, 53 and Guadalupe Hirt, 46 have fashioned a day chock-full of experiential components to bolster learning, community building, self-care, and adventure.
